Erina Bakery has been baking in Calgary since 2021, a neighbourhood shop known for fresh European & Balkan breads, cakes, and pastries made the old-country way. From soft golden loaves to our beloved pretzel bread, every recipe gets the time and attention it deserves.
The day starts before sunrise. Artisan breads come out of the oven first, followed by a case of celebration cakes, seasonal sweets, and pastries crafted with quality ingredients and a baker’s eye for detail. Whether you’re picking up a daily loaf or ordering something special, you’ll find the same care in every piece.
